Like so many others, I spent years making all the motions of life, unconsciously numb and completely disconnected from my body, my intuition, my sovereignty, and my potential.

At 29, I experienced what's known as "Saturn Returns," and everything I had identified myself with was stripped from under me when I received a breakup text one morning saying, "Don't come back to London, I'll mail your stuff."

Suddenly, I was forced to look at myself and question who I was without the boyfriend, the traveling business partnership, the dog, and everything I had become so comfortable with. After a month sleeping on a friend's couch, binge-watching the Lost series with my teddy bear and red wine, I set out on an adventure, picking up where I had left off, and returning to Bali where, after meeting him almost two years earlier, I had changed my plans.

In 2014, the decision to go back to Bali catapulted me into life's labyrinth with trust and intuition: think Eat Pray Love (without the hot Brazilian man at the end) for ten years.

My 500hr yoga teacher training became the launching point from which I attended a wedding and became a seasonal resident in Thailand, eventually settling there through the chaos of 2020.

I stayed almost two years on an island during the majority of the pandemic, fine-tuning and leveling up my offerings, and watching Anura come to life as my Highest Goal: the ongoing learning and unlearning of everything I had been taught, and every pattern I had unconsciously woven into myself and the way I move through the world.

Then came the thing I never saw coming.

After fifteen years of organic, nature-based, intentional living (the kind of life others point to and say that's what health looks like) I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

Out of nowhere. No warning. No obvious why.

What arrived with the diagnosis wasn't just fear. It was an invitation, a fierce, undeniable summons to go deeper than I ever had. To excavate the shadows I hadn't yet touched. To examine what needed to shift not just in my body, but in my relationship with myself, my patterns, my unspoken grief, and the places I had still been living on autopilot.

I spent four months in intensive preparation before beginning chemotherapy — working with alternative therapies, targeted detox protocols, and the same terrain-support principles that form the foundation of everything I offer. When I finally sat in that chair, my body was ready.

I moved through four months of chemo with zero side effects. Yes you read that right.

Zero.

I don't share this to be remarkable. I share it because it is proof, lived, embodied proof, that the work is real. That how we prepare, how we tend the inner landscape, how we listen to the body's intelligence, is profoundly impactful in places where we may not see it.

The cancer was a messenger. I intend to honor what it came to say.

Recently relocated from Koh Phangan, Thailand back to my hometown of Richmond, Virginia, I'm here to help us remember how to care for all sentient beings, to reclaim ourselves and our power, and to stand up for a more harmonious, nature-based way of living on this planet.

I serve as a multi-faceted somatic guide within safe ceremonial spaces — easing a transition out of the mind and back into the body, moving through present struggles and challenges, and conjuring the ignition of our internal light, power, and potential to rise up and lead the change.

In each somatic session or medicine ceremony, I am fully present with you in your process. I am here for you to land home inside your safe, intelligent body. Alongside the integrative modalities, I weave together spacious ambient frequencies, sounds of nature, medicine music, and elemental aspects through song, sound, and silence — creating journeys for the soul to return home to truth and infinite bliss.
