Beginning a Yoga Journey
New to Yoga and Meditation? Don’t know where to start? Intimidated by studios? Just want to show up in your pajamas?
It takes 21 days to build a new habit, and if we choose to make something a “non-negotiable” for 30 days, by the end of that time period, it’s become something that’s normalized into our days, and it’s something we actually start to look forward to.
Last year, I got my mom onto this beginner-friendly 30-day yoga journey; she really liked it because it was basic, simple, no pressure, no crazy poses, and a relatable hostess with a very cute dog that joins in sometimes!
